Thank you for shopping with Connect Clothing, we hope you love your product as much as we do, however if you decide that you need to return your item(s) for any reason please see our Returns policy below, please note you must contact us within 10 days from placing your order to inform us that you wish to return your item and we will provide you with a shipping address.

  •                                              Return Requirements


Connect Clothing will be glad to exchange any unused item(s) within the 10 day return policy. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, with tags and in new unused condition. There must be no visible stains, hairs or odor on the item(s) in order to receive an exchange or refund. Item/s MUST be sent back within 7 days of requesting return otherwise the item will be void and not seen as being returned this will be out of refund agreement. If these requirements are not met then Connect Clothing has the right to return the item(s) back to you. Your will also be requested for a shipping fee for the item to be returned to you.

  •                                              Received Faulty Item
If you believe your item ordered has arrived to you in a damaged state then please contact us immediately.

  •                                                    Sale Items
Sale items are non-refundable. Most sale items can be credited/exchanged unless £5 or under these cannot be returned under any circumstances.

  •                                         Exchange/Credit Note
Customers wanting an exchange can do so once, This MUST be completed within 28 days of the order date and the package within our possession. A payment is needed for a secondary exchange otherwise a credit note will be given for the returned item. All exchanged merchandise will not be charged a re-shipping fee if customer is within the UK, however you are responsible for the shipping fee for returning the merchandise.

  •                                                    Lost Return
Please keep your receipt of postage. We recommend returning items via recorded services, If for whatever reason we don't receive your return, please make sure you keep proof of postage so we can still do our best to help you out.
